It's crazy how much control we have over ourselves. Or can have. We can filter out sensations just by trying hard enough to block them in our minds. Once we mind block, we stop feeling. You can control your emotions as well, going from sad to happy or angry to calm is just a matter of applying enough thoughts and positive energy. I thought of this as I ate churrasco wth rice and bacon. and once I finished, proceeded to eat half of a pepperoni pizza and a glass of milk, my alreadyfullness completely blocked by my brain.
