Yesterday I had the honor of spending the day in one of the worst places in Puerto Rico; the Departamento de Transportacion y Obras Publicas. I was going to get my license back. An easy task, right? WRONG. I arrived at this piece of shit place at 8:30 to be able to get to school on time. After that, I had to waste about an hour of my time making a line to recieve a stupid little ticket with a number (919) to then make another line to get my license back (only that this one would take SIX FUCKING HOURS). Yes, six full hours sitting on an uncomfortable chair next to a lady that wouldn't shut up. She just whent on and on about her life and her kids. Finally, I was called up; simply handed my information; took a simple picture; and got y license back. The End.
