I am not too bad, but not the best.

I am the oldest, middle, and youngest child.

I am a hopless romantic.

I am not a realist. 

I am a tear or two that fall in secret.

I am the owner of this cracked smile. 

I am the product of  a love that no longer exists. 

I am happy but sad, and all I really want is to be happier than whatever this is. 

Some of these are a wild guess of who I think I am.

But all I know for sure is that I am a sharpened number two pencil and a lined piece of paper.
