I'm in college, now what?

Do I just throw this part of my life away,

in preparation for the new chapter that awaits?

And my friends of the now,

do I keep them for the later?

Or is it time to make them past?

Become friendly animosity.

I'm in college, you know?

But I'm not even done with high school.

Does that make sense?

This certain limbo.

I'm in college, mother!

I'm going to the number 1 school, too!

I'm at the top, there's nothing better.

We're are my balloons and excessive congratulations?

My arrogant humility.

I'm in college, thank God!

Because when teachers fail you,

When friends fail you,

When family fails you,

God was never gone, God was always there.

His tender neglect.
