Yesterday was a good day for the SJS athletic teams. The boy's varsity soccer and volleyball team won very important games. Especially the volleyball team. Yesterday we had gone to 3 sets against Antilles. We lost the first set 25-23 and won the second set 25-20. On the third set we were down 14-9. If they scored we would lose. All hope seemed lost but we kept on believing. Marcel was serving. Somehow we made the score go into our favor, 15-14, thanks to Augusto's recieving and Marcel's serving. It's the last point and they give us a free ball. Rene receives it, Marcel sets, and Rene spikes the ball. The moment of truth. The ball landed almost on the outside line and we had just won the game that puts our team in 5th place instead of 8th. 

All I have to say is that I am so proud of our team for working so hard to get to where we are now.
