Stress

Life now a days is convoluted and constantly bombarded with irritating stimuli. People have so much pressure in this modern world to do nonsense. Always checking notifications on the phone, and emails, and text messages. Why must we have this burden we bring upon ourselves.

Stress is commonly known as the state in which there is tension or strain on the mind resulting from a certain demanding circumstance. It is very dangerous because of its chrasteristics. Stress starts to feel familiar, even normal. You don't notice how much it's affecting you, even as it takes a heavy toll. It is proven that stress has an extreme effect in a person's health. The more stress, the weaker your immune system will be. Also, stress will affect a person's mental health in many ways. It is so terrible that it will steal your spouse, ruin your work, and/or destroy your family.

I am proud to have a laid-back lifestyle. Since, I avoid stressful situations, I believe I have grown resilient to many diseases and such. I am happy with my life and feel my mind is very healthy. I am blessed now for my position in life, but I am very aware of the incomming stress life will throw at me.
