Sometimes I wonder what my life will turn out being like. Right now, I have this vision of myself in ten years. I will have graduated from college, gone to medical school, become a doctor, gotten married, and started a family. But let’s be real. That might not happen.

The unknown is scary; not knowing how my life will turn out makes my stomach turn. I want to feel secure. I want to know that I will be okay in the future, and that I will be happy with the choices I make. The scariest thing of all is just letting go, and letting nature take its course, hoping that you’ll be okay.
