At any living moment, Sderot residents only have fifteen seconds as the air raid siren sounds to find cover from rockets launched, until it hits. This scenario makes me think and reflect. It opens my eyes and I realize how lucky I truly are, how lucky we all are. We have everything we need and sometimes, many times, we're not appreciative of it. We have a home, food, a family, an education. We have so much to be thankful for and so much to be happy about. That's why we just have to appreciate those things we take for granted, instead of complaining about how "bad things are." Because in reality, are they really that bad?
