There’s a projector on the ceiling. It is black. Most projectors in the school are white, so this is very weird. There are cables coming out of its backside, which carry electrical currents. It’s amazing how by just manipulating these currents we can do things from remotely bombing terrorists to communicating with people around the world to projecting a writing prompt. The projector also has lenses, which focus light. Light is also weird. When it passes through a lens, it gets focused, and an image can shrink or be enlarged. With any other object, this is impossible. But light is a wave, so it’s OK! That to me is awesome. To use another example, there are lights on the ceiling, but they don’t cover the whole roof - just certain tiles. But they light up the whole room. Light is a wave, so it floods the whole room rather than just shoot straight down. Now my hand hurts, and I’m running out of ideas. I want to stop writing. I’m running out of things to say.
