A Bottomless Pit

Posted by Sariana Mendez on April 15, 2016 at 9:40 AM

Thinking. Our minds have a habit of stringing along many ideas that if put together make no sense. These ideas come from the smallest things that we learn from a very young age to a world that is unknown in our future. I could be writing about this one crime scene and then all of a sudden think of tomatoes, to then think of bananas. These random thoughts and ideas come from a never-ending bank of ideas in the deepest parts of our minds. These ideas pop up from our subconscious and to think that our knowledge is so abundant, and that it goes straight into the infinite hole of storage in our brains. To see this in a more concrete way, it is like a storage room that expands it’s walls on the inside every day, but the expansion is not visible on the outside. Our minds are so interesting and we take our brains and heads to an advantage to just learn more with no appreciation. I think it is about time we learn to appreciate the knowledge that is taught to us every day.
