Clouds. Maybe its a visual representation of how clouds form. Faces are put on the clouds so we can better understand the concept of cloud birth. You can see how a small, thin cloud is coming out of the belly of the bigger cloud. Maybe all the information we know about climate is totally wrong and Ms. Erickson has discovered how clouds reproduce and give birth. The rain could be when the cloud's water breaks and the thunder can be the screams of pushing out the baby. Obviously clouds dont have faces like who doesnt know that but it clearly helps show clouds are similar to humans in how they give birth.
