My favorite football club in the world is LFC: Liverpool Football Club. Liverpool plays in the Barclays Premier League in England. Historically, it is the arguably the best club in England. I became a fan two years ago because of Nacho and Luis Suarez. However, it has evolved greatly. I love the club, and everything that comes with it. One of my favorite aspects of the club is definitely the "anthem". You'll Never Walk Alone is a song by Gerry and the Pacemakers that LFC adopted as anthem many years ago and since then the song is even more famous because of the club. The lyrics of this song mean a lot, and the message is beautiful in my opinion. The song does tremendous job of uniting the club, its fans, and the players, simply through the phrase: YNWA. Here is part of the song that I believe can be applied to many different aspects of life outside the fanhood love for LFC.
When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
There's a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of a lark
Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone
