We had an event that night that celebrated going to a higher grade. I don’t know why they did it in this grade if they did not do it in the others. So my friend said that she had to get her hair fixed, I had no clue what she meant by that.

So we went to the mall and we entered a store. It was a weird kind of store, you would pay them to either lose hair, fry your hair, or make it look nothing like it did when you went in. So my friend sat down and they started wetting her hair with a foam-like substance that would somehow clean her hair.

After washing her hair she sat down in a chair and they started separating her hair with an object that had spikes. When they passed it through her hair, you could tell she pretended it didn’t bother or hurt, but it really did. I mean my friend had so much hair, but you could tell that it was torture. After a few times of passing the spikey object through her hair, the part of the hair would calm down.

The next thing they did to her was use another one of those objects with spikes, but it was shaped like a cylinder and really big. The lady also took out this machine that blew hot air and it was connected to a string that connected to the wall. When it was connected to the wall, it would start to roar and it was really scary. That dried her hair, but it made it grow and look really weird.

Then they started to fry her hair and it was really weird. Smoke was coming out of whatever that machine was called. It looked like two burning pieces of a material that were wide and flat, that were attached together. This was passed all throughout her hair and as more and more of her hair was fried, she became happier. It was like she was enjoying torture. I do not know what kind of world this is, but it is really weird.

After hours of torture, her hair was completely fried up. It was weird, though, because it looked dead. At the end it was almost ninety dollars, I would never pay anyone that much to do that to my hair.
