This is it. The moment each and every one of us has been training for. The Finals in Senior year. Not a single one of us ever stuttered when we got asked the question " are the varsity boys going to make it to the finals?". This team of individuals has played hard from the beginning of 9th grade until now. We have created a bond and chemistry no other team in our league will ever have. Our team has fallen many times but we quickly got back on our feet and kept fighting for this single game. Every player that stepped on that field had one simple goal. Win. It did not happen every time we set foot on the field, but those loses taught us how to stay united and play as one team, not as individuals. That is the simple difference that distinguishes the SJS team from any other team in the league. We are a team, not a set of individuals. We win together and we lose together. At the end of each game, the score did not matter, we would always leave the field knowing every single player played their heart out. When we set foot on the final field of our high school career, we will all know that every single player out there will do whatever it takes to win. Whatever it takes to bring home what we have mostly desired. The team has created a bond so strong it can be called a family. We always have each other's backs on and off the field. Its not just A final for us, its THE final and we are in it to win it.
