Suffering through endless periods of crippling self doubt

My phone just died

It wont turn on

It wont do anything

I am disconnected from everything

Everything is just ?????????

I dont know what to do with my hair

Im stuck between growing it out and cutting it super short

I am very stressed out

My skin is breaking out again, badly

I just want to lay down

Im not excited for Halloween this year????

I usually love Halloween??

Theres nothing to do this year
