Before Taking a Test

Take a deep breath.

Erase your mind of any negativity, only positive and optimistic thoughts are welcome to enter.

Sitting down? Stand up and shake it out! Nerves are killers. Stress is a killer. Keep calm.

Talk. Converse. Too much studying can lead to forgetting important and basic information. This can happen. Better safe than sorry.

Sit. You got this! You can do! Nothing dreadful will happen.

I need to follow this advice. I need to breath. Sometimes I forget to take a breath. Breathing is important. Without our breathing we would loose air. Oxygen would not reach our lungs. Blood would not be oxygenated. The left side of our hearts would not know what to do. Our hearts would be in panic. Death would win and we would never know if there was actual hope. Hope keeps me going. Hope does not let me give up. Hope is wanting something to happen. If a person tries and hopes enough, the end result will be up to par with their expectations.
