There is a word for everything. I know it doesn't seem like it, but there is. From a type of cloud to a group of birds, and that feeling you had almost forgotten, there is a word that serves only to mean just that. From time to time I come across a word that encompasses something that would otherwise take hundreds of words for me to explain. Just one word and, poof, you understand. When I find these words, for a second I get excited, knowing that somebody before me has thought about or felt the same things I have. Then, I must say I get jealous. How can someone else claim the feeling I had held so close and thought unique as my own? It disappoints me after a while. Such a lovely feeling, a universal thought, compressed into just one word. I wonder where it will stop. When will thousands of words turn into hundreds, then just a handful, and end up as one?
Imagine what it must have felt like to share the word "love".
